Re: Triumph Church and Senior Pastor Solomon Kinloch, Jr.
Dear Mr. Adams,
This letter is written in response to your letter of request dated January 27, 2020. I’m afraid that I did not write or post the statement that you seem to be addressing. Neither have I been retained to represent the myriad of posters on a facebook page. I did not make any copies of any statements for distribution.
I did read the statement you appear to be addressing and did not find any inaccuracies or defamatory material. I have turned the statement over to my legal team for review and I will let you know promptly if they find there is a need for any corrections or restatements. Be assured that I am aware of your client’s concerns and I do not want to support any inaccurate statements being discussed in an open forum.
Your client, Pastor Kinloch, has given me his personal cell phone number. Perhaps we could discuss our concerns and come to a comfortable agreement.
Respectfully,
Tim Bogle

In Response to Tim’s Letter Above, MARINE ADAMS called Tim. There were no further demands for retraction, or apology, and they stated Triumph was no longer engaging with Evangel post Dec 31, 2019. Tim sent this follow-up response to that call.

Re: Triumph Church and Senior Pastor Solomon Kinloch, Jr.
Dear Mr. Adams,
Thank you for your phone call today and your assurances that Triumph Church is not operating under any formal agreement since January 1, 2020. The statement in question also affirms that Mr. Sewell has stated from the pulpit that “4) Evangel is not merging with Triumph at all and we are going to remodel the church.”.
I would like to ensure that people are accurate and truthful as they discuss this controversy. If Triumph Church would like to publish a statement that avers that as of January 1, 2020 Triumph Church has not and will not be involved with Evangel Ministries in any type of administrative assistance, administrative staffing assistance, administrative equipment sharing or referral, financial assistance or loan agreements, security staff assistance or other type of relationship, I would be happy to post that information.
Please relay to Pastor Kinloch that I am committed to provide a clear, honest and truthful understanding of Triumph Church’s relationship with Evangel Ministries, and any information that is provided will be greatly appreciated.
Respectfully,
Tim Bogle
